Inside your Planner

My Big Goals and Dreams

If we dream big, we are more likely to make progress.

We start our planner with space to think, and dream. Mind map what you would like your future to be. Think in the positive, and 5+ years ahead. Dare to dream.

Take three themes from your Mind map and make them into your goals. Taking small steps, work out what you are going to do in the next week, next month and next (you choose).

Just writing these out, is a form of commitment

Every four weeks, your planner will prompt you to review your progress; what achievements have you made, what obstacles have you overcome, what will you do next. Your accountability buddy.

You will be surprised by how much progress you do make, it is often hard to see day to day, but it all adds up.

My Week

Spend a few moments at the start of the week, to pause and focus on what you want to achieve.

Capture the shape of your week, and what is on your To-Do list. Then, take a few moments to focus on your big three priorities, anything that is important and the habits you want to track.

Awesome. You are ready for your week. Use the Daily Planner pages for each day.

At the end of your week, take a few moments to check in with how your week has gone. The planner will act as your coach.

Check in with your emotions; how are you feeling. What have you achieved. What distracted you and what have you learned. Did you take time to renew, or hear laughter?

Then check-in with your projects, ask yourself the ten questions every change agent should ask, at least once a week. Your planner is your accountability buddy. What insight does this give you?

Capture what you will do differently next week, and you are good to go!

Daily Planner

The heart of your Planner, a daily check in of what is happening, and what needs to get done. Focus your efforts.

Capture your daily schedule, what is most important and the tasks that need to get done.

Take a moment to reflect on how you feel, and add your โ€˜one wordโ€™.

At the top of the page is an Irrational Change nudge, bite-sized pieces of advice.

Then there is โ€˜space to thinkโ€™, to reflect, to hold your important points.

ORDERING and SHIPPING

Where does my planner ship from?
We use the Amazon print-on-demand service, with printing presses in the US, UK, Europe, Australia. They work out the optimum place to print your planner, and ship it to you.

What if I donโ€™t like my planner when I get it?
Because we print and ship on demand, all sales are final, unless there is an obvious error in the quality of the printing.

Why is the cover colour slightly different from my previous one?
The colour we use for our Irrational Change branding, is really hard to print. Each printing press is calibrated slightly differently, giving you some natural variations, a little more blue, or green.

There is a problem with the printing of the book, the quality is not good, what do I do?

Talk to the team at Amazon, they are available to help you
