Code of Conduct
Participants of the changeXchange have a right to:
Be treated fairly, equally and with respect by other members of the community.
Contribute and socialise in an environment free from all forms of harassment and discrimination.
Privacy and confidentiality concerning records, documentation and any other communication containing your personal information, unless consent is otherwise provided.
Be informed and actively be involved in all events and offerings.
Participants must:
Treat other members of the community fairly, equally, and with respect and courtesy.
Behave responsibly and ensure you conduct yourself in a manner which upholds the reputation of the community.
Not physically or verbally harass other community members.
Not engage in criticism of other community members on social media, whether changeXchange sponsored or not, or make repeated criticism of our community.
Report any inappropriate behaviour to one of the organisers, for action and follow up.
Abide by and uphold this Code of Conduct.
Breaches of this Code of Conduct:
Any community member not behaving in accordance with the terms of this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave, and have their access withdrawn.
Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions of use protect all parties in the use of this website. We have summarised the intent of each section in italics below for easy reading.
Pike Squared Limited, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England company number 11638739 and operating as The Change Wizard (‘changeXchange) or (‘Community’) owns, manages and maintains this website and community workspace ('Website').

Neither changeXchange, nor any member of the community, shall be under any liability in respect of any such information, advice or assistance given to community members.
